Applications for the 2025 Sylvan Circle Tour open on February 1, 2025.
Applications require the full payment of $135, which consists of a $10 non-refundable selection fee and a $125 entry fee, as well as the completed Application Form below. The Application and Payment must be received no later than April 1, 2025.
For artists not selected for the Tour or who are on the waiting list, a $125.00 refund will be applied to the account used for the original payment.
DISCLAIMER:
By submitting your application you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. I have read and agree to all the requirements as outlined in the Application and Selection Process.
2. I will deliver the three (3) pieces for each medium (two media categories maximum) for the selection process on Saturday, April 26, 2025 between 10:00am and 12:00pm to Echo Bay Community Hall, 257 Church St, Echo Bay. All submitted pieces must be picked up from the Echo Bay Community Hall on Sunday, April 27, 2025 between 11:00am and 2:00pm.
3. I give permission for my work to be photographed for the brochure and website.
4. I shall indemnify and save harmless the organizers of "Sylvan Circle Art Tour" from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of my participation in the tour, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, from any claims and liabilities caused by negligence or otherwise, for any loss, damage, theft or destruction whatsoever caused to my property, my representative or any other person. I agree with "Sylvan Circle Art Tour" that I exhibit entirely at my own risk. (All artists are strongly encouraged to obtain personal liability coverage.)
