Applications open on February 1, 2024. Complete all sections in the form below. When done, click the SUBMIT button. Once Submitted, scroll down to the payment button at the bottom of this page. Click the PayPal button to pay $135.00 ($125 entry fee + $10.00 non-refundable selection fee) by credit card, visa debit or PayPal. The application and payment must be received no later than April 1, 2024. If a payment receipt is required, please retain the PayPal receipt emailed to you as no hardcopy receipt will be issued. For artists not selected for the Tour or who are on the waiting list, a refund will be applied to the account used for the original payment (either credit card, visa debit or PayPal).

By submitting your application below you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. I have read and agree to all the requirements as outlined in the Artist Guidelines.
2. I will deliver the 3 pieces for each medium (2 media maximum) for the selection process on Saturday, April 20, 2024 between 10 AM and 12 Noon to Echo Bay Community Hall (257 Church St.). All submitted pieces must be picked up from the Echo Bay Community Hall on Sunday, April 21, 2024 between 11 AM and 2 PM.
3. I give permission for my work to be photographed for the brochure and web site.
4. I shall indemnify and save harmless the organizers of “Sylvan Circle Art Tour” from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of my participation in the tour, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, from any claims and liabilities caused by negligence or otherwise, for any loss, damage, theft or destruction whatsoever caused to my property, my representative or any other person. I agree with “Sylvan Circle Art Tour” that I exhibit entirely at my own risk. (All artists are strongly encouraged to obtain personal liability coverage.)
